About the Position
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be tasked with assisting our sales team in price quotation, responding to customer inquiries and assist in inventory management, such as running shortage reports and other supporting inventory-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and assist in generating price quotations
- Provide support with inventory management tasks, such as running shortage reports and coordinating to manage stock levels and order fulfillment
- Liaise with other employees to help maintain efficient communication around customer orders and delivery schedules
- Maintain customer records and sales data within ERP systems like M1, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to help identify stock trends and availability, contributing to informed decision-making
- Help optimize sales and inventory processes by identifying opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both customers and other RCL employees
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn sales and inventory management processes
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to take direction well and show initiative when handling tasks independently
