About the Role
BAGGU is looking for a full-time Logistics Assistant to join our growing Supply Chain Team. Our Logistics Assistant organizes the efficient delivery of BAGGU products to our customers. You’ll assist the team with preparing wholesale, and international shipping documents, digital creation of EDI documents and coordinating directly with our third party warehouse.

- Open to CA, OH, ID, IL, NJ and NY based candidates

Responsibilities
- Prepares & executes B2B shipping documents: Commercial Invoices/Packing Lists/Order Specific Paperwork
- Ordering Wholesale customer tickets, Invoicing EDI + Tracking
- Coordinates delivery details in alignment with customer routing guides
- Uploads tracking numbers via csv to internal portals
- Prepares and arranges palletized freight shipments
- Manages and executes Amazon order creation and order fulfillment
Requirements
- Familiar with spreadsheets
- Extremely detailed and organized
- Excellent communication skills, and comfortable with digital communication and tools
- Enthusiastic and eager to grow and learn with BAGGU
