Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with our growth objectives. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the HR function and contribute to the company's overall success.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide support on employee relations, addressing grievances, and maintaining compliance with laws and policies.
- Manage employee performance evaluations and promote continuous development.
- Collaborate with leadership on benefit program management and ensure competitive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Act as a strategic partner, contributing to HR strategies that align with business goals.
What You Bring:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for people, culture, and best practices in HR.
- Degree in Commerce, Business, or similar (preferred, but not required; training support available).
