Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to understand roles, create engaging job postings, and screen candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Employer Branding: Enhance our social media presence, website content management, employee newsletter, and organize recruitment events.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community services, colleges, workforce partnership, and employment agencies.
- Employee Engagement: Work with our events committee and HR team to help plan and execute company events like holiday parties, blood drives, and more.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 4-6 years in HR, recruiting, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Certifications: PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and ATS.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Social Media: Experience managing social media and enhancing website user experience through content management.
- Confidentiality: Ensure the privacy of all employee and company information with the highest degree of integrity.
Work Environment
- On-Site Position: Professional office environment with exposure to plant operations. This position is a full-time on-site position, with opportunities for flexible schedule and periodic remote work.
