Do you want to join a family owned and run Residential Remodeling company based in Cary? Our client is a Triangle Homebuilders Association award winning Residential General Contractor that runs construction projects from bathrooms to kitchens to additions and whole home remodels in the Raleigh - Durham - Chapel Hill areas.
The ideal candidate will oversee Residential Remodeling projects in the Triangle from initial client meeting to execution to sign off. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project lifecycle
Ability to manage several home remodeling project at once
Manage project budget and schedule using BuilderTrend
Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Maintain updated schedules with subcontractors
Communicate with clients effectively
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in homebuilding or residential remodeling
Strong organizational and project management skills
Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
BuilderTrend experience preferred
This is a full-time, direct hire role with a salary around the 75K base salary range, vehicle/gas allowance and 10K+ annual bonus potential.
