Job Title: Program Associate
Job Description
MINDPOP seeks a Program Associate to support MINDPOP’s Executive Director coordinate the smooth management and delivery of a range of projects, including national consulting projects, grant writing, research, communications, and program evaluation. The Program Associate will also provide direct and valuable support in organizational operations.
The position needs a candidate with strong writing skills and time-management skills, and with the ability to work independently once given clear instructions of the goal. Candidates will be required to multitask, produce high-quality written content in a clear and concise manner across multiple platforms for a variety of audiences. prioritize competing demands, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

This Program Associate role should interest those who have experience in the following:
Essential Skills + Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and edit reports, organizational materials, and proposals.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director to meet organizational goals.
- Managing projects through all stages of development, including managing communication,
- schedules, budgets, project deliverables, data collection, and reporting.
- Support research and program evaluation by assisting in data collection, creating simple
- data summaries, and managing data sets according to predetermined protocols.
- Design PowerPoint-style presentation decks for the organization, including design and the
- representation of ideas in visuals, text, tables, and graphs.
- Develop social media content consistent with MINDPOP brand and update website content
- and organizational materials in collaboration with Program Directors.
- Communicate with local and national leaders to gather information and manage tasks.
What We Offer
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000 annually
- Health insurance and 401K benefits provided for full-time hires
- Full Time hires receive 20 days annual PTO, 12 organization-wide holidays, plus
- “Restorative Week” available upon completion of one calendar year of service.
- Flexible in-office schedule, to be agreed upon with the Executive Director.
