Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a QA Engineer to join their team North of the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for providing guidance and direction as well as maintaining best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mentor and guide other QA Engineers
- Software test effort estimation
- Communicate with development, design, and business owners to obtain full understanding of intended software system functionality
- Provide feedback from a software quality and usability perspective
- Perform initial high level defect isolation and recreation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of QA leadership experience
- QA standards and best practice knowledge
- Exposure to both automated and manual testing
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Git workflow exposure
PREFERRED SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor’s degree
TERMS:
