Focus Search Partners has been engaged on an exciting opportunity to add an interim SVP of Finance to a large, publicly traded organization based in Florida. Our consultant will be on-site weekly and must be a finance expert looking to make a significant impact in a well-run, established organization.
Our consultant should be familiar with both publicly traded and private equity environments. Operationally focused, business-minded athlete, accustomed to setting pace and rigor by pursuing best-in-class standards and continuous improvement. We need a go getter!
Required Criteria:
- VP or SVP level Finance executives with leadership experience in a company between $1-10B in revenue
- Willingness and ability to be on-site weekly
- Private Equity ownership experience is preferred over publicly traded, but both experiences would be ideal
- Service based companies with long tenure in the past
- MBA would be a strong nice to have
