MTP, Inc. is searching for an innovative Developer Program Manager who has the ability to create an exceptional user
experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment on a full-time remote basis for our client, a global technology brand.
Role Summary:
Our client has a world-class team. As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy
and ensuring that our customers have seamless and engaging interactions with our brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive digital experience strategy: Collaborate with other teams to align digital
initiatives with overall business objectives and create a roadmap for success.
● Oversee the design and development of digital products and experiences: Ensure that our websites, mobile
apps, and other digital channels are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.
● Conduct user research and analysis: Gather insights into customer behavior and preferences to inform design
decisions and optimize the user experience. Being sure to Identify and resolve potential roadblocks and
challenges.
● Measure and analyze digital performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness
of our digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
● Oversee the coordination of all aspects of digital experience while managing risk and creating an escalation
pathway.
● Ensure that all deliverables are on track, on budget, on time and aligned with the broader marketing and events
organizations.
● Work closely with teams to ensure that their work is aligned and integrated. Consolidate weekly progress
reports and socialize with leadership.
● Meticulously manage, track, and optimize budget costs across multiple workstreams and vendors ensuring
projects are completed within financial parameters and on time.

● Experience as an active participant in technical/developer communities, open-source projects, or similar
developer group knowledge.
● Ability to set clear objectives with measurable KPIs to track initiative success.
What you Contribute:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in digital product management, user experience (UX) design, or a similar role.
● Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
● Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
● Proven track record of leading successful digital projects.
