Job Opening: Finance Manager for Healthcare
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional for our client in LA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare industry. This role involves overseeing the bookkeeper and accounting team, managing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Duties:
- Supervise the bookkeeper and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of profit and loss reports, credit card reconciliations, and the payment of invoices and credit cards.
- Manage all tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and report on payroll trends.
- Oversee financial reporting, including census reports.
- Manage and monitor financial data related to real estate investments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience,
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager role is desirable.
Location: Los Angeles, 90004
Schedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days a week
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 plus benefits
