Pedcor is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our multifamily real estate team as a administrative assistant to the finance team. This position will provide an opportunity to assist in the financial structuring and managing of both new developments and an active portfolio of 25,000+ units.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include, although not be limited to, the following: assisting members of the finance teams with various reports and presentations; coordinating, tracking, and organizing documents necessary for loan processing; data entry and tracking related to portfolio activities; working with local municipalities to obtain various documents required for loan processing; invoice entry; providing data to third parties for reports and appraisals, and assisting the finance team with travel logistics and expense entries.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial, social, fast-moving environment with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a basic familiarity of finance related topics and have an interest in in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related fields. The ability to learn and adapt to a constantly changing environment is also high desirable. Prior professional experience in finance and real estate related fields is not necessary.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office product, particularly Excel
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
· Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of real estate financial concepts
