Phillips Academy seeks a dedicated and experienced full-time Director of Athletic Training to join our athletic department.
Ideal Candidate will be
- Enthusiastic about managing a team of certified athletic trainers and programs for a range of student-athletes, from interscholastic competitors to those participating in intramural and LIFE sports.
- Have expertise in holistic approaches to injury prevention, care, and rehabilitation and interest in working closely with our coaches and school physicians.
- Dynamic and who will be active participants not only in the athletics program but also in the academic and residential programs at Phillips Academy.
- Strong back strong background in sports medicine, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to promoting the health, safety, and success of our student-athletes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree plus a minimum of three years’ teaching experience preferred.
