• Prepare quarterly OEM Customer P&L for the systems business
• Monitor and update weekly Systems contra revenue working closely with Accounting
• Analyze Business revenue to generate internal and external reports for trend monitoring and intercompany transactions
• Weekly update of Systems sales backlog data
• Update monthly and quarter contra actuals
• Prepare the weekly flash file and drive improvement in the flash process
• Prepare Quarter end/Month end Financial Results Deck
• Prepare Quarter end/ month end commissions report
• Prepare Quarterly top ten customers report
• Ad hoc analyses/projects
Required Skills
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage large and various data sets
• Willingness to accept new duties as opportunities arise
• Experience with Financial systems: SAP/ BOBJ/ Tableau
• Experience in mid/large size company
• Advanced Excel skills such as formulas, pivot tables, etc
• Understanding of business operations and processes
