LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading Law Firm and we are looking for an Attorney Engagement Specialist to join our client's Legal Recruiting and Development Department.
This role will focus on supporting the engagement needs, projects and objectives of the team, ensuring a high standard of client service, discretion and attention to detail. Our client does require an onsite presence in their Miami, Florida office!
Attorney Engagement Specialist Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute attorney engagement events and programs in line with department strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the integration of new associates and lateral hires
- Provide logistical support for recurring associate check-ins and manage a portfolio of New Associates
- Coordinate attorney office transfers and facilitate smooth integration, including office tours and welcome announcements
- Run and analyze attorney utilization reports, meeting regularly with key stakeholders to assess and optimize associate availability
- Track attorney mentoring programs and assist in the mentor assignment process
- Support and coordinate Associates' Committee meetings and related initiatives
- Collaborate with the local Inclusion Council and DEI Professional Networks, recommending programming throughout the year
- Assist the Attorney Recruiting team during the summer program, as needed
- Manage calendars for attorney engagement and maintain internal attorney engagement initiatives
Attorney Engagement Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
