Insight Global is seeking a Call Center/Service Desk Analyst to support a healthcare client in Ontario, CA.
This individual will be responsible for taking inbound calls and delivering high level customer service while assisting with IT support. Responsibilities include recording and tracking all interactions in the appropriate ticketing tool, as well as identifying and raising critical incidents to the next level if needed. Issues raised will be pertaining to hardware and software issues. It is important to approach each interaction with a "customer-obsessed" mentality. The work environment will be fast-paced and require excellent troubleshooting skills.
Location: Hybrid in Ontario, CA
Hours of Operation: 8-hour shift between 7:00AM-6:30PM PST
Duration: This is an ongoing contract until 2026!
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years in a service desk/helpdesk/IT support role
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment
- High-level customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly absorb and retain information
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of computers and networks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills (password resets, connectivity issues, etc)
