Top Stack Group has been retained by an organization with HQ in the suburbs of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania to assist them in hiring a ITQA Leader to join their team. This is a full-time, salaried hybrid position (3 days per week in their office), with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Description/Must Haves:
- Build all aspects of the IT Quality Assurance process.
- Ensure the expected delivery of IT solutions, software enhancements and system changes.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, as well as policies and procedures that ensure the effective testing and validation of software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and development teams to define quality standards, goals, and objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate quality assurance activities across multiple projects and teams.
- Define and establish testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Monitor and track defects, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and lead the implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to quality assurance and software testing.
- Ensure that all software, systems, and IT solutions meet the necessary quality standards before they are delivered to key stakeholders.
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business or related field or relevant work experience.
- 10 or more years of experience running & developing an IT Quality Assurance Program.
