- Analyze designer-submitted orders and prepare instruction details for manufacturing
- Communicate with designers regarding the functionality of their design and resolve any problem areas to continue processing the order
- Work closely with product engineers to answer questions regarding dealer requirements, cabinet construction, etc.
- Understand theproduct complexities with their materials, construction methods, manufacturing process, and final installation
- Keep informed on new products & services

We are looking for a Cabinetry Design & Order Specialist to be a bridge between the designer and our manufacturing craftsmen. We build beautiful custom cabinetry in our state-of-the-art facility. If you have a solid background in custom cabinetry production and basic CAD experience, please consider joining our tight-knit company.
Our Ideal Cabinetry Design & Order Specialist:
- Experience: Custom cabinetry experience, including product craftsmanship, installation, and design; basic CAD capabilities are needed. At least one year in various areas of custom cabinetry production, job processing support, or parts batching & CNC programming.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. One year of CAD experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent Communicator: You will collaborate with multiple parties to ensure quality service. Strong rewriting skills are a must for clarification of complex instructions in the order review process.
- Adaptable: Able to adjust to changing circumstances, think clearly, and keep a positive attitude when under pressure.
- Interpersonal Skills: Able to build relationships inside and outside our company, creating an environment that nurtures and cares for our customers in a kind & courteous manner.
- Problem-solver: An analytical & creative thinker when resolving product design issues.
- Self-starter: Committed to taking responsibility & ownership for your work; ambitious & hardworking.

- $22 - $27/hour – Depending on Experience
