Contract: Duration up to 2 Years
You are a sales and retention specialist who has a passion for operations and process. As an SMB Sales Operations Coordinator, you will help grow our client's commercial customer base through operational and project support. You will do this through sales operations and administrative activities including the interaction and management of backend processes that are critical to the overall sales operation.
What you will be doing:
- Support sales channel leadership with administrative duties such as Salesforce hygiene, helping manage the customer pipeline, install and appointment reminders, and organizing data to help surface sales opportunities
- Help recover lost customers through direct outreach such as phone/email/in-person
- Partner with TechOps team to help ensure each customer gets connected in a timely manner
- Escalate customer concerns and issues to the local leadership team
- Help catalog customer feedback, product enhancements, and competitive intel
What you bring:
- Education: High school diploma or 3 years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of direct sales experience with proven results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Strong customer service skills - able to resolve customer challenges, complaints, and concerns
- Proficient in Google sheets/excel
- Strong Salesforce skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse people and teams
- Must have a functional car with a good driving record
