Global Partners is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office in our headquarters location. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual, who is open-minded, business and operationally oriented, with demonstrated project management skills who will fit with our collaborative culture. In this important role, you will work with all levels of the organization to further Global’s business goals by participating in, and/or leading and executing a variety of critical projects that support Global's strategy and will help take the company to the next level. The successful candidate will have solid, hands-on experience effectively managing projects using project management software, be commercially curious, be an excellent communicator, be a natural leader, and be willing to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. - Effectively manage several corporate-wide or specific business projects that enhance systems, processes, and solutions across the organization. Effectively manage/coordinate all work related to a variety of business, administrative, or IT projects and associated business initiatives including, but not limited to:
- -- Defining project objectives, scope, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- -- Converting project requirements into actionable project plans that track project work, resources, and timelines.
- -- Coordinating and managing project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and holding team members accountable, including third-party vendors when applicable.
- -- Monitoring project progress, identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and issues.
- -- Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, including team members, business owners, executives, and third parties.
- -- Managing project documentation and ensuring that project files are up-to-date and accessible.
- -- Managing the project budget and reporting budget and status updates to project leadership and executives.
- -- Ensuring that projects comply with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- -- Leading project post-mortem analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- -- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and work with the PMO Leaders, IT Leaders, and business owners to devise contingency plans.

Additional Requirements
- You’ve earned a bachelor’s degree.
- You have at least 7 years of project management experience
- You have experience in working both independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- You are technically competent with various software programs and project management tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have experience in Oil/Gas, Retail or Hospitality Industries a significant advantage
- PMP certification a plus
