About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate quantity take-offs for projects.
- Analyze site conditions with cut-fill assessments.
- Review due-diligence data to impact project budgets.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure comprehensive trade coverage.
- Analyze trade quotes for budget control.
- Maintain job cost history and manage cost databases.
- Monitor market pricing trends.
- Prepare conceptual estimates using historical data and trends.
- Assist with project design and analysis through conceptual plans and estimates.
- Participate in budget reviews and maintain Preconstruction Services reports.
- Support the Project Manager with construction drawing reviews and updates.
- Log and distribute shop and revised construction drawings.
- Conduct periodic site visits with the Project Manager to discuss construction progress.
- Assess subcontractor performance and update the subcontractor database.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management preferred.
- 8+ years of estimating Multifamily construction projects
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and OST.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Effective team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
