About the Role:
Our global construction client is looking for a dynamic Recruiter with 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience to lead the charge in hiring blue-collar talent. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships with leadership, and have a knack for sourcing top talent in industries like construction, transportation, or logistics, this is the role for you. As part of our growing team, you’ll manage 20-30 open requisitions at any given time and be instrumental in meeting critical staffing needs. This is a fully on-site role from the company’s USA headquarters in the Memorial area with the potential for remote/hybrid flexibility once converted to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles such as DOT drivers, equipment operators, and skilled laborers.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements, align strategies, and define interview processes.
• Conduct phone screenings and candidate assessments, ensuring qualifications meet job standards.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication to foster a positive experience.
• Oversee background checks, drug testing, and pre-employment compliance for all new hires.
• Utilize SuccessFactors to manage onboarding and other HR processes (training available).
• Meet/exceed monthly hiring targets, focusing on critical roles.
Your Experience & Skills:
• 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically in blue-collar positions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to generate reports.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (SuccessFactors preferred) or similar recruitment software.
• In-house recruitment experience is a big plus—working closely with internal leadership.
• Experience in construction, logistics, or transportation industries is highly preferred.
• Comfortable managing 20-30 requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
