A medical fertility and family planning company is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a Customer Service Rep to help assist members' experience from their first interaction through every stage of accomplishing their family-forming goals.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with members via Zendesk support tickets, zoom calls, SMS, reimbursement processing, and other business channels as needed
- Support Customer Success to help provide members and clients with a positive launch experience
- Contribute to product development based on the insights you gather from member interactions
- Engage in a culture that values tracking, measurement, and analytics
- You will learn new tools as needed to help deliver insights from your member interactions back to your colleagues on the product team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a direct customer service or client facing role
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to empathetically support a diverse member population through all paths to parenthood
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a healthcare or digital health tech company
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
- Past experience in the family-forming space: fertility care, adoption, donor-assisted reproduction, and/or gestational carrier arrangements.
