Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Operations Manager at Unboxed Group. The role involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, managing financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize financial processes. While primarily located in Los Angeles, CA, this role offers flexibility for some remote work.

- Advanced Operations Management and Analytical Skills

- Proven experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and other financial software
Financial Management
- Efficient management of Accounts Payable processes
- Expertise in handling all aspects of Invoicing (sending and receiving)
- Skilled in Payroll Management and administration
- Experience in W9 collection and compliance

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
