Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee preconstruction and construction management activities for K-12 projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality, meeting all contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and direct preconstruction and construction activities.
- Support client management by coordinating and monitoring contractors, engineers, architects, and agencies.
- Administer project logistics, safety, and manpower utilization.
- Conduct constructability reviews, estimating, budgeting, and contract document preparation.
- Manage project controls, including submittals, RFIs, schedule reviews, change orders, and payment applications.
- Lead project meetings and document relevant information.
- Monitor project progress and provide routine reporting.
- Coordinate staff and site facilities activities, including classroom and office relocations.
- Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, trainings, and securing necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- Experience in LLB project delivery.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Familiarity with PMIS software systems such as Ebuilder, ProCore, EADOC, or similar.
- Experience in construction contract administration.
- Safety training.
