Summary:
The Production Associate serves as the primary resource for management of production of time-intensive design and drawing and modeling tasks for assigned accounts, projects, and teams.

Day-to-Day Duties: Participate in the management of projects and work-flow for assigned accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Initial point of contact for Central Processing on the needs of day to day drawing and modeling tasks of assigned accounts.
- Forecast and follow through regarding weekly site-specific goals and expectations in collaboration with leadership.
- Review all Construction Documents for assigned Clients, providing quality control.
- Identify education opportunities for Designers using company provided/documented standards.
- Prepare Construction Documents, escalate content changes on site specific work, and contribute to product development
- For project tracking, maintain log of work performed, track time and job status, and communicate project statuses.
- Mentor and train designers in software, client and account standards.
- Report to and communicate effectively with manager regarding mentorship and training efforts.
- Assign and review production work to Designers and Specialists.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum High School diploma (Associate’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of drafting experience
- Advanced Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/Applicable Discipline Specific software
- Advanced knowledge of ability to prepare Construction Documents
- Intermediate knowledge of various construction techniques and Building Code
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
