Finance Manager $110K-$150K

Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts across multiple projects, including investment and portfolio management.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, providing variance analysis and explanations.
- Conduct cash flow forecasting and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Review income statements and balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee monthly revenue and expense reporting, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
- Lead and manage financial projects such as cost analysis, ROI assessments, and client/customer growth analysis to guide business success.
- Partner with various departments, acting as a key financial advisor and business partner across functions.
- Create and maintain financial dashboards using large datasets, delivering key insights to executive leadership.
Client Requirements:
- At least seven years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
- A CFA or CPA is a plus but not required.
