This is an Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) focused position -- professional experience with ESG is preferred.
This is a contract position with the potential to become permanent.
The company is in the IT Solutions sector. The position will reports to the VP of Investor Relations. It sits in office 2 days a week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Audit relevant ESG developments and trends (including clients, investors, analysts, SEC) for the information technology and business services industry
- Serve as a project manager for ESG consultants, ensuring they have the right access to information and the projects are completed on time
- Support IR in the integration of ESG related policies and practices into overall corporate strategy and processes
- Participate in and support ESG partner organizations and initiatives (e.g., UN Global Compact, Women’s Business Collaborative)
- Partner with key internal leaders and executives to make company’s operations more sustainable
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of overall work experience
- Have at least 3 years of ESG related work
- Experience working with a public company
