Acara Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our client in Williamsville, NY! We are seeking qualified candidates with:
- Experience processing biweekly payrolls
- Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
About the Role
Type: Direct Placement
Salary: Up to $60K/yr. **Depending on experience
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM **M-Th Onsite, WFH on Fridays

Responsibilities:
- Review timesheets for accuracy and following up as needed with internal teams and leaders.
- Process biweekly payrolls in an accurate and timely manner.
- Complete onboarding of new hires into payroll systems.
- Works closely with other payroll team members.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years' experience processing biweekly payrolls.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree.
- Knowledge of FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Multistate payroll experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proven capacity for attention to detail and accuracy of work product.
