I’m currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who is self-motivated and proactive who will be able to work in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will come from an Aerospace, Automotive or Government type contracting background.
- Fully remote role with quarterly travel to San Francisco office
- Salary $110,000 - $150,000
Job Responsibilities
- Onboarding New Customers: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all relevant departments are informed, providing software training to customers, and supporting them with weekly follow-up calls during their first few months.
- Proactively Addressing Client Challenges: Identify client challenges and align them with the software’s capabilities, ensuring clients receive optimal solutions.
- Collaborating with Engineering and Sales Teams: Liaise with the engineering team to manage and prioritize the integration pipeline, while also supporting the sales team with custom demos and addressing technical questions.
