ROLE TITLE: Enterprise Compliance Associate
**Willing to consider hybrid candidates from Illinois with the expectation of 1 day onsite per week.
Purpose:
Assist with maintaining Company’s Global Corporate Compliance Program to ensure that Company adheres to laws, regulations and internal corporate governance architecture upholding high ethical, legal and regulatory standards.
What you will do:
- Conduct data preparation, filtering, exploration, analysis and visualization to improve Enterprise Compliance Program reporting and develop presentations to communicate key Enterprise Compliance-related insights and observations to business, risk and audit stakeholders.
- Detect and examine key trends and patterns within intricate datasets to highlight potential Compliance risks/vulnerabilities and opportunities.
- Administer and maintain online/cloud-based Compliance and Risk Management software tools to ensure proper day-to-day functioning of the Enterprise Compliance Program. This includes providing timely customer-service oriented responsiveness to stakeholders across the enterprise regarding administrative questions about Enterprise Compliance policies, procedures and processes.
- Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Reports compliance violations when identified.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree from an accredited 4 year org/university
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1 to 3 years of prior related experience
