Responsibilities
· Sell IRA memberships
· Manage and organize all incoming lead sources
· Provide administrative support to the Membership Department in the following areas: member management, sales and marketing, and event production
· Manage membership database of students, associations, food service professionals and owner/operators of Restaurant, Hospitality and Bar establishments throughout Illinois
· Administer and track the Corporate Sponsor and Endorsed Programs
Qualifications
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Mail Merge, Access, Publisher).
· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Strong interpersonal skills and judgment.
