The Role
From your first day, you'll be involved in key decisions and encouraged to challenge ideas and drive growth, further to this:
- Contribute to the build-out of the company's core offering, focusing on automating manual processes
- Conceptualize and develop new features, while challenging existing ideas and encouraging innovative thinking
- Support infrastructure improvements to ensure scalable and reliable operations
- Engage with AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in FinTech

The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- A history of strong tenure at previous companies (ideally 2+ years in each role)
- A Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and AWS
