We are committed to delivering high-quality financial information and seek a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing teams and drive our direct response marketing efforts.
Responsibilities: As the Marketing Director, you will oversee the Front End, Traffic, and Back End Marketing teams. Your primary duties include:
- Team Leadership: Provide tactical and strategic direction and leadership to the marketing teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Direct Response Marketing: Utilize direct response marketing techniques to promote our annual newsletters and premium trading and investment services.
- Media Buying and Traffic Generation: Lead media buying efforts across various channels including affiliate traffic, YouTube, and Facebook to maximize promotional opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Oversee monthly multi-million dollar launches, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Copywriting and Sales Techniques: Understand and implement direct marketing copy and sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions to our target audience.
- Marketing Technology Management: Manage marketing tech stacks, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, for efficient campaign execution and reporting.
- Reporting and Analysis: Conduct regular performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct response marketing, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple marketing teams.
- Proficiency in media buying, and traffic generation across various digital channels.
- Experience selling subscriptions and annually renewed products and products online through product launches.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience with ClickUp, Teams, and Power BI is a plus.
