Your responsibilities include
As a CI Director, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative change at Tjoapack US, a global leader in contract packaging. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with the President and the Leadership Team to redefine processes and enhance efficiency at our Clinton facility. As CI Director your mission will be to implement cutting-edge continuous improvement strategies, lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, and foster a culture of best in class.
- Develop and execute innovative continuous improvement strategies to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead projects using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, ensuring alignment with our ambitious corporate goals and rigorous regulatory standards.
- Foster a proactive culture of change targeting enhancements in operations, customer success, and quality.
- Engage with key stakeholders to propel a unified vision of continuous learning and innovation.
- Design and implement CI-based programs such as Trainings, CI Council, Six-Sigma Program, DMAIC SOPs, SPC, etc.
- Act as a hands-on trainer and leader of CI projects in the workplace such as Kaizens, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Gemba Walks.
- Develop and report on KPIs, Scorecards, and Metrics to monitor and sustain progress.

Your background, qualification, and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess with a proven track record of leading successful projects and driving strategic initiatives.
- A forward-thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
