We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on digital marketing initiatives in automotive. This role requires a strong background in automotive project management, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of automotive retail marketing and performance. The ideal candidate will manage projects across multiple vendor partners to improve our client’s retail performance through digital tools and retail marketing programs. In addition, the Project Manager – Digital Marketing (Automotive) will leverage data analytics for reporting and continuous improvement.
The selected candidate must be local to Nashville, TN. This position requires a few days per week in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and vendor partner teams, to develop and implement effective digital marketing programs for retail marketing and performance.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and ROI, providing insights to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance dealer effectiveness.
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks.
- Leverage technical knowledge of dealer digital tools, including websites and digital advertising platforms, to provide insights and solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in automotive digital marketing and analytics to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in project management, within the automotive marketing sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and analytics specific to the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Developing and managing timelines and deliverables across multiple teams (both internal and external)
- Ability to estimate and allocate resources for a project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with clients and team members.
- Technical knowledge of dealer digital tools and platforms, including website management and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products to create deliverables and analyze data
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience working in automotive dealerships and understanding their unique marketing challenges.
