Administrative Assistant
Our client, a financial advisory firm with global offices, is looking for a polished and well-spoken Administrative Assistant to join their administrative team. This will be a highly visible role and will require interacting with employees firm wide at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day activities and workflow for busy executives
- Coordinate calendars, including handling a high volume of scheduling, liaising with internal and external parties, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, and troubleshooting any changes that arise on short notice
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and support cross-functional initiatives
- Handle data entry across multiple platforms
- Plan and executive events, both small-scale team building events and corporate sponsored functions
- Show proactiveness when and where possible, including identifying areas where the team can increase efficiency, creating and implementing new systems, and spearheading administrative processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role. Ideally previous experience working in finance/consulting environments, but open to varying backgrounds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team dynamic, as well as working independently
- Strong work ethic and highly proactive
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Experience with Microsoft platforms. Experience with Salesforce a plus, but not required
This role is based in San Francisco, and will allow for a hybrid work schedule.
Compensation range for this position is $100k-120k base, plus discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits program.
