Position: Administrative Assistant - Wealth Management Senior Leadership

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a senior team of wealth management advisors. You will coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, review documents and presentations, and provide general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm client meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting teams within wealth management
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing documents and presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
- Must be able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
