Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, 1-hour lunch (No overtime unless during major events or board meeting preparations)
About the Role: Our client, a dynamic organization overseeing multiple companies, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is adept at keeping executives organized and focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, ensuring timely appointments and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements, utilizing a travel agency for bookings.
- Assist with expense reporting and documentation using Excel.
- Support the preparation of materials for 24 annual board meetings.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Outlook for calendar management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.
