REGIONAL H/R COORDINATOR – PRESTIGIOUS NY NONPROFIT
One of the largest New York State nonprofit organizations is looking for a high-energy team player to join their Human Resources Department in their Beacon, NY satellite location
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Coordinate onboarding of recently hired employees
-Process new hires, leaves, terminations, and coordinate adding/ending of benefits with appropriate departments
-Manage the new hire orientation process
-Assist in responding to employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources
-Maintain accurate records of confidential employee information
-Assist department with other h/r-related duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 plus years of relevant H/R experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Knowledge of h/r and payroll systems
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR databases, Paychex software knowledge a plus
-Team player and customer-focused
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
