Title: Fire System/Sprinkler Inspector
Location: Nashville, TN- 5 days
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-hire
On-Site Schedule: 5 days/week
Hours: 7am-3:45pm On Average
Pay Rate: $24-$34/h (based on experience)
Overview:
Insight Global is looking for Fire and Sprinkler Systems Inspectors to support a large fire and security client in Nashville, TN. The Inspectors will report at the job site to test and inspect various fire and sprinkler systems. Overall, they will be responsible for visiting various sites daily to ensure all systems are functional and up to speed with no deficiencies or issues. As well as explaining functionality to clients and steps taken to remediate systems.
Must Haves:
- 3-5 yrs. of experience in a Security or Fire Life Safety installation
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- NICET 2 or fire/sprinkler license
- Experience with electronic testing devices
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug and background
Plusses:
- Fire Alarm Manufacturer’s certifications
- Fire Alarm Install certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, Mechanical, Security experience
