Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in renovation, rebranding or conversion construction projects
- Experience in a travel-heavy/road warrior position
- Valid Driver's License and clean background
- Client-facing, professional demeanor
Nice to Have Skills:
- BS in Construction or Engineering
- Experience in hotel renovation, rebrands or conversions
- Experience in Sage, Timberline, MS Project
- Bilingual in Spanish HIGHLY desired
