Job Title: Multi-Outlet Food and Beverage Manager

Position Overview: The Multi-Outlet Food and Beverage Manager oversees the daily operations of multiple dining establishments within a hotel, resort, or large venue. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and managing a diverse team of staff across various outlets. The position requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of food and beverage trends, and the ability to balance the needs of multiple outlets simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in room dining, and event catering.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in line with company standards and guest expectations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff for all food and beverage outlets.
- Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, motivation, and performance management.
- Develop and manage budgets for each outlet, including labor costs, inventory, and other expenses.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and control costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and oversee ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute promotional activities and special events to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Regularly inspect outlets to ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistency across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term strategies for growth and improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new ideas to enhance the food and beverage offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new services or menu items.
- Establish and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
