Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full cycle Recruiter/Bilingual Spanish to join our team. You will be the primary contact for our companies hiring needs working directly with hiring managers. You will attract a diverse pool of qualified individuals for a position at the company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. The schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
· Identify Job requirements and specifications.
· Create and edit Job Descriptions
· Create and Place Ads
· Recruit candidates through various channels (social media, career fairs etc.)
· Source candidates.
· Review resumes.
· Prescreen candidates retaining quality.
· Schedule Interviews and oversee interview process.
· Attend interviews evaluating candidate’s qualifications.
· Assist in onboarding process.
· Manage Job Boards and candidate pipelines.
· Meet hiring goals and expectations.
· Review advertising invoicing
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bilingual a must.
· Minimum 1-2 years Recruiting experience.
· Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
· Experience with Airtable is a plus.
· Time Management Skills.
· Must be able to work independently but also as a team.
· Highly Organized.
· Attention to Detail.
