The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and transferring calls as needed
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and order as needed
- Assist staff and attorneys as requested with preparing or organizing documents and materials
- Possibly assist with e-filing court documents and other electronic submissions
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

- Attention to detail and accuracy with assigned tasks
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of the team
Education and Experience
- Associate's Preferred, High school diploma or relevant work experience also considered.
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Office Phone Systems, using Email, and Microsoft Products
