What You’ll Do:
- Establish and implement company wide planning across business lines and functions
- Lead and administer the annual / quarterly planning process to develop the operating assumptions driving the business plans of the company
- Coordinate business review planning sessions and deliverables
- Develop and manage Paceline’s business plan and forecasts, including pro forma income statements, budgeting plans, financial models, personnel forecasts
- Evaluate and underwrite investment and returns of new initiatives
- Utilize data visualization tools and skills to provide easy to read information to key stakeholders
- Own weekly/quarterly business reporting updating operating and executive teams on progress against OKRs
- Align resources to prioritized initiatives and anticipated business requirements
- Assess internal workstreams and develop roadmaps for optimization
- Working cross-functionally within the Paceline team and with external partners as necessary
- Work closely with Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Technical Officer as primary stakeholders
- Work with HR to fulfill recruitment, hiring, and other personnel needs
- Work with Finance to ensure alignment between operating results and business plan
- Negotiate and administer commercial and operational contracts for the company, engaging internal end-users and outside counsel when appropriate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple internal teams, including executive leadership, as well as navigating external partners as necessary
- Experience either directly responsible for or supporting P&L accountability
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proficient in financial, data, and project management tools such as Excel, Tableau, Jira, Powerpoint
- Strong desire to learn in a growing company with a new and unproven business model
- Organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, facilitation and follow-through skills
- Ability to coordinate teams towards task completion
- Comfortable changing priorities quickly, and guiding others through those changes
