Job Title: Director of Equipment Engineering
Duration: Perm/Direct Hire
Salary: $144,000 - $240,000
Location: Bayonne, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Oversee maintenance, operation, and improvement of all equipment and facilities.
- Implement process automation and reliability engineering to enhance efficiency.
- Manage key development projects and daily site/software development activities.
- Provide technical expertise for product and service development and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in engineering, particularly in equipment maintenance and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.
- Knowledge of process automation and reliability engineering.
Position Summary:
The Director of Equipment Engineering position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment assigned to them on the facility is technically in operational readiness and properly supported during operations and maintenance.
