Los Angeles-based Internet Brands, Inc. is seeking professionals with M&A experience for positions in various levels within Corporate Development. The Corporate Development team plays an integral role in our M&A process and has completed over 200 closed transactions in the last 20 years.
Responsibilities of the team:
- Performing due diligence for M&A targets and building valuation models
- Developing market perspectives and creating strategic frameworks to support M&A strategy (industry research, competitive landscaping, market sizing, product analysis, greenfield market development opportunity etc.).
- Preparing executive materials (powerpoint presentations, excel analysis etc.) distilling key data insights and summary conclusions to support senior management and board-level decision making.
Requirements:
- Experience preferably within in-house corporate development/finance or within management consulting firms or transaction advisory firms
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or Business.
- Solid financial fundamentals including experience building operating models, M&A valuation, and performing a wide range of business analyses
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity, adaptability, flexibility and nimbleness, ability to think quickly on your feet.
