CSS ProSearch (a division of CSS) is a sales recruiting firm that places top sales and marketing talent for growing businesses in the healthcare, technology, and consulting verticals.
CSS ProSearch is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator responsible for all administrative tasks dealing with candidates, clients, and recruiting. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Recruiters and Account Managers with day-to-day business operations through the delivery of exceptional customer service and communication.
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Communicate all necessary information to CSS ProSearch clients and candidates to schedule interviews
- Manage calendar invites and confirmation emails for both clients and candidates for all interviews
- Demonstrate proficiency in entering information into the internal applicant tracking system including client information, candidate information, job orders, billing, etc.
- Update and add all interview details in applicate tracking system
- Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience
- Manage online candidate submissions to client’s job portals – Taleo, Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
- Create and send billing invoices for placed candidates to the accounting team
- Work closely with Search Consultants in activities directly related to candidate’s quality assurance, lead generation and candidate satisfaction
- Generate daily and weekly reports for candidate pipelines
- Work closely with Operational Effectiveness team to make any necessary updates in applicant tracking system
- Act as second line of communication to support clients – respond to any emails from clients/send information to them when needed
- Engage with clients on weekly catch-up calls to help assist in scheduling/overall projects/applicant tracking
- Manage all zoominfo administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work assignments while managing multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Established ability to effectively interact with all levels of individuals i.e., customers and employees
- Proven customer service skills
- Established self-starter
- Strong organization skills
