Role Description
The ideal candidate will assist the managing partner in all stages of plaintiff personal injury litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable drafting pleadings, conducting research, client contact, case management, scheduling depositions, negotiating liens with physicians, preparing discovery, and handling a personal injury caseload from inception to settlement
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury cases
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Experience with case management software
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment
