Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social – 1 day/week in West Hollywood, 4 days remote:
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social will manage and grow strategic digital initiatives across acquisition, re-engagement, and branding campaigns on multiple channels such as paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), Programmatic (Display, Video, CTV), and possible ad networks. This role will be responsible for owning the full campaign management lifecycle, optimizing media performance, and scaling growth across paid social platforms.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Growth Marketing.
Essential Functions
- Own the full campaign management lifecycle from planning, activation, to performance optimization for programmatic marketing efforts (paid social, display, retargeting, etc.).
- Launch and optimize ads within platforms to hit KPIs across direct response (DR) acquisition, upper-funnel brand awareness, and demand generation while maximizing media efficiency.
- Identify and optimize new audiences within the Meta platform and other social channels for improved reach and engagement.
- Lead audience segmentation and personalization efforts, leveraging A/B testing and advanced targeting to improve ad relevance and performance.
- Continuously test, iterate, and scale high-performing campaigns across paid social channels to maximize cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and optimize conversion paths.
- Monitor competitor strategies and emerging trends, providing insights and recommendations to keep our campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Serve as the company-wide paid social expert, surfacing future opportunities and challenges, and presenting solutions to key stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to connect paid social media plans to larger marketing and company objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Brand and Influencer marketing teams to source creative for paid amplification, optimize content, and provide feedback on performance.
- Partner with the Creative team to test and scale creative campaigns across paid social channels, ensuring best-in-class ad creatives.
- Source and coordinate external content creators for paid DTC video ads, managing end-to-end execution.
- Collaborate with data teams to fine-tune advanced attribution and measurement methodologies for campaign performance analysis.
- Responsible for campaign trafficking, tracking, and pixel implementation for accurate data analysis.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing results-oriented paid DTC campaigns.
- College degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, with hands-on knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest Ad Manager, bid management tools, and leveraging 1st and 3rd-party data.
- Experience with channel strategy and execution of awareness campaigns, optimizing for top-of-funnel metrics.
- Experience with influencer whitelisting, editing and optimizing content for performance, and collaborating with influencer marketing teams.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Tableau, Heap, Rockerbox, and Google Analytics. Experience with MMM preferred. Expertise in Excel is required.
- Experience building reports and presentations to share with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Must be organized, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Data-focused, with a love for testing and a commitment to identifying key avenues for paid social channel growth.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and development teams to achieve campaign objectives.
- Ability to monitor and adjust strategies based on social platform trends and algorithm changes.
